Join Khiran Huston and create a healthy stretching habit over four weeks. This targeted stretch challenge will help you improve flexibility and mobility, reduce injury risk and feel more balanced and aligned – you’ll move better and improve performance.
Before you start, complete the Bend mobility testing. Then, progress through the four Bend sessions in order. We encourage you to repeat each session for a full week (aim for 5 sessions a week) before progressing to the next.
