These simple yet effective Tabata-style HIIT workouts involve 20 secs of max effort followed by 10 sec of recovery - a formula to promote fat burn and improve endurance and speed.

Before you dive headfirst into a full LES MILLS GRIT™ workout, safely introduce high-intensity interval training with these Quick HIIT Workouts. We recommend adding HIIT only if you are currently doing at least 90 minutes of cardio exercise per week.
