WHAT IS THE TRIP?
THE TRIP™ is a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout that uses virtual environments to create a fully immersive experience. These virtual environments are crafted to motivate and push your intensity levels much more than you realise.
Listen out for the coaching cues to increase or decrease your bike resistance between Light, Moderate or Heavy.
Before you start, ensure your bike is set up correctly:
- When standing by your bike, your seat should be at the height of your hip bone.
- When on your bike, you should still have a slight bend to your knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- Handlebars should be the same height as your seat or what makes you feel comfortable with some flex in the elbows
Tips to optimize your space to enjoy THE TRIP:
- Move your bike as close as possible to your device
- Make sure you can see the screen clearly
- Dim the lights and close curtains,
- Turn up your audio, and
- Don’t worry about missing a coaching cue, just enjoy the ride.
