Running can be hard if you try to run too hard, too fast, or too far, too soon! Rach helps you use a scale of perceived exertion to shape the intensity of your run. She guides you through a warmup, followed by a steady-state focus and into a pace-building track and then there’s a final burst. Every step of the way the soundtrack helps you keep moving and makes the time pass fast.
