    RPM™ is an indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With flat rides, hill climbs and sprints set to an awesome soundtrack, RPM is a fun, low-impact way to improve your aerobic fitness and increase muscle tone. Choose from 15 to 45-minute rides for an uplifting cardio fix.

    This 20-minute introductory tutorial is the perfect first step on your RPM™ journey. You learn how the workout works, we explain the key moves and you get a chance to try them out. We recommend you repeat this tutorial as often as you like to get a feel for the moves.
