This lower body session is a little more gnarly than the Full Body Flush, and focuses on your calves, hamstrings, IT band, quads and adductors. We roll the full length of the muscle, then dig deeper into the tender area of the muscle, holding on the tender part for 20 seconds to help release the tight areas of the muscle.
