The best of Pilates, barre and power yoga mixed with new-generation music. LES MILLS SHAPES uses intense high-rep movement to boost strength and align your body and your mind. And the music is so good you won’t notice the burn – until tomorrow.
There are two variations of each workout. The Yoga Strength option focuses on power yoga, the Slider Strength option has a final block of Pilates movements using sliding discs. Each workout makes use of light weight plates and a sculpt band, but this equipment is not essential. If you choose the Slider Strength option you’ll need sliders/sliding discs (or you can use socks on carpet).
Aim for 2-3 LES MILLS SHAPES workouts each week. We recommend doing the six workouts in order, repeating each workout a few times before moving on to the next. Over a six week period you should be able to progress through them all.
