Reconnect with your body through animalistic and primal movement patterns. This fun bodyweight flow helps remind our body to perform in different planes, ranges and speeds, moving with control while improving mobility. The sequence of movements is a combination of yoga and strength training, with a heavy focus on martial arts, and an additional bonus of some judo moves sprinkled in.
