Strength Mini Challenge

Join Vili Fifita for four weeks of quick and effective endurance training. Perform at a higher capacity for longer – and start feeling better with less fatigue.

Before you start, complete the Strength testing. Then, progress through the four Strength workouts in order. Go at your own pace – doing 2-3 workouts per week. Once you’ve done all four workouts start back at number one and keep repeating the series. After four weeks you should notice some serious gains!
