Bend Mini Challenge

Join Khiran Huston and create a healthy stretching habit over four weeks. Improve flexibility and mobility, reduce injury risk, feel more balanced and improve performance.
Before you start, complete the Bend mobility testing. Then, progress through the four Bend sessions in order. We encourage you to repeat each session for a full week (aim for 5 sessions a week) before progressing to the next.

    This is the final progression of your Bend Mini Challenge. Aim to complete this workout five times in your final week of the Mini Challenge. You can then go back through the Bend sessions and choose different options to suit your needs.
