We’re celebrating the wonderful diversity of the Les Mills family with a collection of workouts led by some of our talented trainers from the LGBTTQIA+ community.
Dance, punch, jump, flex, stretch and strengthen… do these sessions on their own, or stack them up for a full pride party. Whatever you do, give them all a go!
Each workout is quick, fun and effective, you don’t need any equipment and there are options for all fitness levels.
