Bootcamp 2024 Strength

Push, squat, pull, hold, sweat … Add oomph to your routine with three weeks of strength workouts and active recovery led by Ben Main, Erin Maw and Kaylah-Blayr. It’s no walk in the park (more like a rollercoaster ride) but you’ll experience all the good stuff that makes you feel great.
You’ll need weight plates and a bench or step for these workouts.
